CSS - Employing and Sustaining Naval Weapons to Win

In recent years, ASNE Combat System Symposiums have focused on Digital Engineering concepts and their impact on Combat Systems as well as reflected on the Secretary of the Navy’s Strategic Objectives of how we go about expanding our forward presence, enhancing our warfighting readiness, and innovating and modernizing our combat system capability. Given real world operations and conflicts in both Eastern Europe and the Middle East, ASNE Combat Systems Symposium 2024 delved into our offensive and defensive weapons that have been used or may be called into service, tactics used to employ those weapons, and how we maintain and sustain those weapons to ensure they are available when needed. The Symposium also looked at future weapon capabilities, from both the benefits and challenges perspective.
