FMMS 2025 Exhibit Rates:

• Premium Exhibit Booth Rate at $4,395
• Standard Exhibit Booth Rate at $3,995

Exhibitor Information

• Each booth space is 10'D x 10'W and is located in Ballroom 20 at the San Diego Convention Center.
  • Each booth will come with a 6' white skirted table, 2 chairs, wastebasket, and ID sign.
  • The exhibit hall will have standard ballroom carpet.
  • Please see exhibitor kit (coming soon) for rentals (carpet), power, and A/V.


• Each exhibitor will receive 1 to 2 full complimentary registrations (based on booth type(s)) to attend technical sessions, speakers, and panels. Badge information for these attendees should be submitted to Exhibits@navalengineers.org no later than COB 30 August.
  • Premium Booths: 2 Full complimentary badges & 4 complimentary booth personnel badges
  • Standard Booths: 1 Full complimentary badge & 2 complimentary booth personnel badges
  • All booth personnel badges must be registered by the exhibitor through the event registration tab. Any additional booth personnel exceeding the number of complimentary registrations included with the booth are subject to the Exhibit Hall Visitor rates. Meal tickets are not included for booth personnel or exhibit hall only badges, but can be purchased online for $30 or on-site for $35.

Lead Retrieval

ASNE has now partnered with Expopass, our new provider for event lead retrieval. Each booth point of contact will receive an invitation from Expopass to set up lead retrieval, or exhibitors can follow this simple step-by-step guide to create an account for the event. The event code will be updated and provided to exhibitors. Please see the below guides for assistance with set up and use of the lead retrieval app. ASNE does not release attendee lists for any event.
